wow. and yay!

My own blog is dieing! lol I have not written in such a long time! (not that anyone really reads my blog anyways, or so it seems...) But guess what? I finally got a parakeet! He (at least I think he, or is it she, is a boy) is a very good looking blue parakeet, but I have not found a good name yet! For now I'm just resorting to plain old "Birdie" until I think of a better name... If anyone reads this suggestions would be helpful! pics to come later... I hope...

I was going to put up some pics of Marzy, but they are to big. I'll have to try and edit them sometime, though I don't when I'll get around to doing that...

Spiders

Here are some disgusting awesome pics of spiders, spiders even make ME shiver sometimes, but I still like them!(Kateri, if you ever come to this blog, you'd better just skip this post!)Also, I didn't take any of these pics, I just found them on the internet.

Pets of the past, present, and future(kinda).

First I will talk of my guinea pigs, the first, named Dulce (my mothers idea, it means sweet in Spanish), died the second day I had her, while everyone was gone, I was at school with 2 siblings, but I don't know where everyone else was, and when I got home My mother told me that she was dead and what she figured had happened was that our old Bouvier (who I will talk about later) had heard her squeaking (probably for water) and had unlocked its cage (she could do that you know, and it caused us a lot of trouble when she had pups) to comfort her and gave her a heart attack. I'm afraid I do not have a pic of her, since we only had her for a day, but she was a very pretty little "bug" as one of my brothers liked to call them.

The second, named Bonita, (also my mothers idea, it means pretty)was pretty fun, though she liked to nip a lot, so only my dad and I really liked her. She died 'cause we did not really know how to take care of guinea pigs. We kept her in a cage in a dark room, so we figure she did not get enough vitamins from the sun and ended up getting a cold and died with what seemed like a heart attack. Unfortunately we only got one pic of her, and she was dead in that picture. I do not even know where the pic is :(

Then I got two more, deciding this would be my last attempt. One we named Guapo, and one Marzy, Guapo was my mothers and Marzy (short for Marzipan)was mine. A little while after we got him I was stupidly carrying both at once and dropped Guapo. Later we found out he had gotten a broken leg from the fall, so we took him to the vets. Later we received a call from them saying he had died having a seizure. Marzy, the best pet I have ever owned, died because of a cold.


I have some good pics of this little guy, which I will try to post later. He spent about a year with us and was buried by a big oak.

In The Middle

Just a quick explanation, I named my blog that because I am right in the middle of 13 kids (the seventh). Now to get straight to business, I will now "start" my first post.

Today we got a wonderful puppy named blaze (we had to drive an hour there and back to get him!), he's a nice little fella, he loves everybody and everybody loves him, he likes to play AND cuddle and pee on the floor :P He seems to be a VERY promising little guy. He is all dark brown and looks quite fat (cause of all his skin that he has to grow into). I hope to post some pics soon, but probably not tonight. Anyhow, the family is watching a movie, so I'd better go!
